General Policy Terms

Jeannette Boutique offers free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $150.00.

Orders under $150.00 shipping anywhere in Canada: Flat rate shipping cost of $20.00.

United States shipping: $30.00

All other international shipping: $50

Shipping times

We make it our goal to ship all orders within 48 hours, pending availability and verification of payment. However, in certain special circumstances, standard orders may take up to 5 business days to process. We provide tracking numbers for all courier services, and most shipments to Canada and US will take 3 to 9 business days. For international shipping, times vary and it takes longer, tracking numbers will be provided to follow the courier service.

All orders are shipped Expedited, via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or DHL.

Pickups

We offer free local pick up. Our address for our pick up location is: Unit # 335, 370, 5222 – 130^th Ave. SE, Calgary, Alberta. T2Z 0G4 (location is only for order pick up and return address).

Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Shipping addresses fall under the customer’s responsibility. Once an order has shipped, we cannot revise the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
