Refund & Return Policy
General Policy Terms
Jeannette Boutique strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
Thank you for shopping with Jeannette Boutique! If your item doesn’t work out for you, we will be happy to offer you a store credit or an exchange. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order for Jeannette Boutique to accept returns, your item must:
- be in their original condition;
- unworn, unwashed & unused;
- include the original purchase receipt;
- have the original tags; and
- remain in its original packaging.
The item will then be returned for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.

Returned items will need to be sent to the following address: Unit # 335, 370, 5222 – 130th Ave. SE, Calgary, Alberta. T2Z 0G4.
If your return is accepted, Jeannette Boutique will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping, but please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the situation. If an item is damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item to info@jeannetteboutique.com within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for refund.
For damaged items, we will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available.
In-store Pickup Customer Exchanges and Credits
In-store pickup customers have 15 days from their pickup date to return items for exchange or in store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Some of these items include earrings and personal care products (such as cosmetics). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure that you are happy with your purchase exchange, is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then contact you to advise if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
